Important Update: License Transfers & Next Steps

as many of you are already aware, the recent announcement regarding the closure of the FlippedNormals Marketplace has created an unexpected situation for everyone involved — including us.

We were just as surprised by this development, and we fully understand that this may cause uncertainty and inconvenience. Please be assured that we are doing everything we can to support you during this transition and to ensure that your licenses remain accessible and secure.

License Transfers to Superhive

To keep the process manageable and efficient during this high volume of requests, we are currently handling license transfers exclusively via Superhive.

This allows us to:

• maintain a consistent and reliable workflow
• reduce processing time
• ensure that all licenses are transferred correctly

What You Need to Do

To request a transfer, please follow these steps:

1. Create an account on Superhive
2. Make sure you know the exact email address of that account
3. Prepare your FlippedNormals receipt (preferably as PDF)
4. Submit your request using our transfer form

• Transfers are only possible to existing Superhive accounts
• The correct email address is required to complete the transfer
• Due to the high number of requests, processing may take some time
